Precision Laser Cutting System with Rotary Index
Our Amada FOM2 3015 NT RI specialized laser cutting system makes us one of few fabricators in Ohio and the surrounding areas that can cut flat sheet metal, tube, and pipes. The rotary index capability of provides fast and powerful cuts of mid to thick materials, and the axial laser is one of the most reliable tools available for this type of work.
Shearing, Punching and Forming Services
Our top-quality equipment can precisely shear and punch metals — including aluminum, carbon and stainless steel – of various thicknesses.
Forming Services
We provide accurate, custom-forming solutions using a high-precision press brake. We work with aluminum, as well as carbon, stainless, galvanealed, and galvanized steel. Our machinery accepts these materials in sheets, perforated sheets, expanded metal, flat bar, wire mesh, angles, tubing, and round stock.
CNC Machining Services
Our computer-controlled machining centers create both simple and complex geometries with minimal setup. We can execute a wide range of machining techniques with close tolerances to fabricate components from materials including aluminum, steel, and plastics.
Welding Services
We offer MIG, spot, AC and DC TIG welding, as well as brazing services – both by hand or robot – for materials such as aluminum, stainless and carbon steel in a variety of thicknesses.
Powder Coating Services
Our proprietary powder coating line uses a five-stage pre-treatment process that features a continuously monitored, reverse-osmosis water supply for precise control. Our electrostatic spray guns have the flexibility to uniformly apply a range of coating formulations – epoxy, hybrids, polyesters, and urethane in more than 150 stock colors – over aluminum and steel substrates.
